        What are your shipping rates?Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your location.

        Do you ship internationally?No, we currently only ship within New Zealand.

        Can I pick up my order?Yes! Pickup is available from our Hamilton studio by appointment. Some fragile pieces are pickup only and will be clearly marked on the product page.

        When will my order arrive?Orders should arrive within 7 days of purchase. If you live in a rural area, delivery may take a little longer.

        Do you accept returns or exchanges?No, all sales are final. The only exception is if an item arrives broken in transit. We will assist you in making a claim with the courier company.

        What happens if my item is faulty?Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or faulty item and packaging. We will assess and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.
